CS2 Technologies builds and runs its own software products, live in market today. The same senior team takes on work for public-sector, enterprise, and small-business clients. We're Canadian-owned, incorporated in Ontario in 2022, and based in Toronto and Milton.
What we do
We build and operate our own software. The products CS2 owns in market today: an AI-native CRM (AgentlyLeads), a clinical documentation platform (Notermed), a gated B2B wholesale marketplace (GWS Connect, co-owned), and an AI immigration platform (NextMovePath). Each one has real users, and we carry the uptime and the operating costs ourselves. These aren't portfolio pieces.
The same senior team is for hire, three ways. Public-sector buyers and primes engage us as a subcontracted senior resource or delivery partner, with a capability statement and past performance to evaluate. Enterprise and growing teams across Canada and the US bring us backend systems, secure AWS architecture, AI and LLM integration, and technical assessment. And Canadian small businesses get custom websites at fixed prices, launched in four weeks, with hosting and Google Ads management included.
The way we work is the same on every track: real custom code on a boringly modern stack (Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS), shipped by senior engineers, accelerated by AI where it saves the client money, and owned outright by whoever paid for it. No junior hand-offs, and no reassignment after the work is won.

Sobia founded CS2 Technologies in 2022 and leads the company from our Toronto office. She has led teams across three continents (Asia, Africa, and North America) and sets the standard for how CS2 operates, on our own products and client work alike: custom code, transparent terms, and zero lock-in.
Qasim Ali
CTO & Co-Founder
Qasim is CS2's principal architect and leads engineering on every product and client engagement. He brings 18 years of backend and cloud experience, including seven years architecting Tier-1 telecom backend systems at Vodafone. That work is the past performance behind CS2's public-sector practice.
