Serverless and containerized workloads on Lambda, ECS Fargate, and Kubernetes. Terraform-managed infrastructure and zero-downtime CI/CD with OIDC federation — no long-lived cloud credentials in the pipeline.
AI & LLM integration
Provider-abstracted model integration so no single vendor becomes load-bearing. Structured output, access governance, and OAuth-secured MCP servers exposing governed tools to AI clients.

Scope varies; the delivery model doesn't. Every engagement is architected and led by a senior engineer who stays on it. Pricing follows scope — we put it in writing after the first conversation.
Senior capacity
A senior engineer or architect inside your team.
Fractional or full-time. Useful when your roadmap outruns your hiring, or when a system needs an owner with more depth than the team currently has.
Technical assessment
A fixed-scope review with a written report.
A codebase, an architecture, or a vendor claim — examined against how it will actually behave in production, with findings written for the executive who has to decide.

Behind that sit 18 years of enterprise delivery, including seven years owning REST backend architecture for a Tier-1 telecommunications operator in the EU — GDPR-regulated systems processing personal data at scale. Delivery is trilingual: English, French, and German.
